Anne grew up in South Africa and emigrated to Canada in 1981, settling on the North Shore in 1986. She has two daughters, Michelle who lives in Calgary, and Elise in Minden Nevada. Anne worked as an Admin Assistant for an agency that provides parenting supports to families through the Ministry for Children & Family Development. These skills have prepared her to assist NLUC as a financial assistant. Anne joined the North Lonsdale United church congregation in 2010 after being invited by a friend to listen to the choir perform. She has since been blessed as part of the congregation and some of the outreach programs offered by NLUC. In her spare time Anne can be found lawn bowling at the North Lonsdale Bowling Club, and loves it!
