We recently held our November meeting, which was focused on the ACM, the Children’s ministry and plans for 2025 regarding church upgrades.

The purpose of the Board is to provide oversight and a service to our congregants.

The annual ACM provides an opportunity to provide information in a more direct and formal manner. And to allow you to have a say in what your church is doing now and in the future.

Children, youth and attracting new families to our church have been a goal for the board all along. To that end a group has been discerning what that might look like, now, in 2025 and beyond.

In January several changes will be done to improve the Narthex into a welcoming center. A longer-term idea that we’ve been thinking about is to create a Sunday morning coffee area in the vicinity of the Narthex. This isn’t something that’s happening in the immediate future, but rather a possibility that would require further discernment as we move forward.

This is a month where we take time to recognize and celebrate the birth of Jesus and what He means to us and the world.

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

On behalf of your Board we wish you all the peace of Christ and a Merry Christmas!
