Polaris Youth Leadership Camp This is an amazing opportunity for youth to learn leadership skills and experience the United Church’s own (and newly renovated) Camp Fircom on beautiful Gambier Island. Brenda will be accompanying the youth on this trip on Friday Sept 30-Sunday Oct 2. The program is very subsidized and only costs each participant $75 (plus water taxi). PS Mark the November 11 weekend on your calendars for the 2011 United Church Youth Conference being held this year at Highlands United. We are hosting the senior teens to sleepover at our church for the duration of this conference. Conference begins Thursday November 10.
